To request a refund or replacement:

  • A photo or video of the damaged or incorrect product

  • A brief description of the issue

🚚 Late or Lost Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived and it’s 10+ days past the expected delivery time, contact us and we’ll investigate. You may be eligible for a refund or reshipment.

Shipping times vary by country and may be affected by customs or logistics delays.


❌ No Returns Accepted (Non-Returnable Items)

Because we use a third-party fulfillment partner, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective.

We do not offer returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing, color, or variant ordered by mistake

  • Items still in transit but within the delivery window
